During the height of the pandemic, fashion became a powerful way to express the mix of emotions we were all experiencing. Working with designer Dymond Warren, we created a look inspired by “A Day in Covid” that was featured in Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam.
The process started with a mood board I put together, capturing the chaos, uncertainty, and resilience that defined that time. Dymond took that vision and designed a full-coverage catsuit made from a vibrant watercolor splat fabric — a striking symbol of the unpredictable emotions and moments we were living through.
To add dimension and drama, the catsuit was layered with a jacket cape. The cape brought movement and a sense of protection to the look, reinforcing the layered feelings so many of us felt during those days.
The styling was finished with carefully chosen accessories that complemented the concept without overpowering it: a sleek bag by Dania Shinkar, a bold belt from Charles and Ron, rhinestone glasses from Flashy Box, a delicate necklace from Eye of Iris, and a statement ring by Bhojwani.
This collaboration was about more than just fashion — it was about telling a story, using design and styling to capture a moment in history and turn it into wearable art. Seeing the final editorial come to life in Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam was a reminder of how powerful and expressive fashion can be, even in challenging times.
